ABOUT ME.
BACKGROUND
Nineh's journey in classical ballet began at the age of 6, instilling in her a passion for movement and expression. Following her training at Ballet Palm Beach, she joined the Texas Ballet Theater School as a Pre-Professional. That same year, she earned a position in the Texas Ballet Theater Company, where she continued for 4 years, until Covid-19.
Throughout her ballet career, Nineh recognized the importance of holistic wellness in sustaining her physical health and recovering from injuries. She embraced disciplines such as Pilates, yoga, and physical therapy, integrating them into her routine to ensure she remained strong, flexible, and resilient. This holistic approach not only supported her performance on stage but also nurtured her overall well-being, allowing her to thrive both as an artist and as an individual.
After concluding her ballet career, Nineh transitioned into the Event Design world in New York City. While Event Production provided its own set of benefits, Nineh found herself drawn back to Pilates, recognizing the profound advantages it consistently provided her. Driven by her personal experiences and the desire to share the transformative benefits of classical, contemporary and sculpt Pilates, Nineh embarked on a mission to introduce others to this empowering practice.
